آليات التعاون الدولي مع المحاكم الجنائية المدولة
Résumé: مع تزايد الاهتمام الدولي بمسألة حقوق الإنسان خاصة بعد نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية وما خلفته من جرائم ومآسي على الإنسانية ارتأى المجتمع الدولي إلى وضع جملة من القواعد القانونية الدولية بهدف معاقبة كل الأفعال المنتهكة لحقوق الإنسان والمخلة بأمن وسلامة المجتمع الدولي، فأنشئت على غرار المحكمة الجنائية الدولية سنة 1998 عدة محاكم جنائية مدولة بالتعاون مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة والتي أقرت أنظمتها الأساسية بخطورة الجرائم الدولية وشددت على عقاب كل من تسول له نفسه ارتكابها مهما كانت رتبته الوظيفية أو منصبه السياسي. With the increasing international interest in the issue of human rights, especially after the end of the Second World War, and the resulting crimes and tragedies on humanity, the international community decided to establish a set of international legal rules with the aim of punishing all acts violating human rights and violating the security and safety of the international community.
