دور الوقف في تمويل النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر Role Of Waqf In Financing Economic Growth In Algeria

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في دور الوقف في تمويل النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، حيث تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الوقف وأشرنا إلى تجربة الوقف الجزائري، وكذا تطور الإيرادات الوقفية خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 1999 إلى 2013، كما تطرقنا إلى تطور الناتج المحلي الخام خارج المحروقات خلال نفس فترة(1999 إلى 2013). وقد أثبتت الدراسة الأثر الإيجابي المتواضع للإيرادات الوقفية على الناتج المحلي الخام خارج المحروقات. This study aims to examine the role of waqf in the financing of economic growth in Algeria. For this purpose, we discussed the concept of waqf and the Algerian experience of waqf, as well as the evolution of waqf revenues during the period 1999-2013, as we discussed the evolution of gross domestic product, excluding hydrocarbons, over the same period (1999-2013). The study showed the low positive impact of waqf revenues on the country's non-hydrocarbon GDP.
