النظام المالي كآلية فعالة لتحقيق ودعم النمو الاقتصادي(بورصة الجزائر 2006-2017 أنموذجا)

Résumé: الملخص: يعد النظام المالي حجرا أساسيا لأي نظام اقتصادي كان، حيث يلعب دورا رئيسا في تطوير وتنظيم الأساليب والطرق من أجل تمويل المشاريع، الرفع من مستوى معدلات الاستثمار وكذا تمويل التنمية الذي يساهم في زيادة معدل النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك عن طريق ميكانيزمات ووظائف المؤسسات المالية. لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة مدى مساهمة القطاع المالي في تحقيق ودعم النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2006-2017، حيث خلصت إلى أنه رغم كل الإصلاحات المالية التي تبنتها الجزائر في هذا الشأن باءت بالفشل ولم ترق إلى تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وتمويل التنمية الاقتصادية، ولا إلى طبع واستحداث وعي اقتصادي مرض لدى كافة الأشخاص(الطبيعيين والمعنويين على حد سواء). Abstract : The financial system is a cornerstone of any economic system, as it plays a major role in developing and regulating methods for financing projects, raising the level of investment rates, as well as financing development, which contributes to increasing the rate of economic growth, through the mechanisms and functions of financial institutions. We have tried, through this study, to know the extent of the financial sector’s contribution to achieving and supporting economic growth in Algeria during the period from 2006-2017, as it concluded that despite all the financial reforms adopted by Algeria in this regard, they failed and did not amount to economic growth and development financing, and nor to the creation and development of a satisfactory economic awareness among all persons.
