الاتصال التنظيمي وعلاقته بتحسين أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة الجزائرية.

Résumé: يعتبر الاتصال عملية من العمليات الاجتماعية الهامة التي لا يمكن لأي فرد أو جماعة العيش بدونه، كما انه من أهم الأسس التي تقوم عليها المؤسسة الاقتصادية نظرا لما له من أهمية كبيرة وانعكاس على أداء العمال، من خلال مدى فهمهم للمعلومات. هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى العمل على خلق تقارب بين العمال الذي يعد من العوامل المساعدة على تحسين العملية الاتصالية. Communication is an important social process that both individual and group can't live without it. It is also one of the most important foundations on which the economic institution is based, due to its great importance and reflection on the performance of workers, through the extent of their understanding of information. This is on one hand, On the other hand, working to create rapprochement between workers, which is one of the factors helping to improve the communication process.
