واقع النظام المصرفي الجزائري على ضوء تعديلات قانون النقد والقرض

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض هيكلة النظام المصرفي الجزائري على ضوء التعديلات التي تم إجراؤها على قانون النقد والقرض 90-10، وذلك من خلال تحليل تطور هيكلة النظام المصرفي الجزائري قبل وبعد صدور هذا القانون. وتم التوصل إلى أن هيكل النظام المصرفي الجزائري تأثر بالقوانين والتعديلات التي تم إجراؤها على قانون النقد والقرض، وكذا استجابته للمتغيرات الدولية التي تحيط به، من أجل مواكبته لمقررات لجنة بازل ومتطلبات الصيرفة الإسلامية. This study aims to present the structure of the Algerian banking system in light of the amendments, that were made to the Monetary and Loan Law 90-10. By analyzing the evolution of the Algerian banking system structure, before and after the issuance of this law. It was concluded that the structure of the Algerian banking system was affected by the laws and amendments, that were made to the monetary and loan law. As well as its response to the international changes that surround it, in order to keep pace with the decisions of the Basel Committee and the requirements of Islamic banking.
