Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: للتراث الثقافي مقومات التماسك والانتماء والهوية الثقافية الوطنية، وبعث السياحة الثقافية. وتثمين الاقتصاد المحلي وتنويع مصادر الدخل الفردي وحل مشكل البطالة عن طريق الصناعة الثقافية وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة والارتقاء بها كآلية اقتصادية للخروج من الاقتصاد الريعي، ومن اجل ذلك، وضمن توجهات الدولة الجزائرية لتثمين التراث دأبت الجامعات الوطنية ومخابر البحث والمجلات العلمية والإعلام .. في تعزيز البرامج التوعوية والبحثية والإحصائية وإبداء الآراء وتقديم الحلول عبر عشرات الملتقيات والمقالات العلمية والحصص الإعلامية الترويجية لإعادة إحياء التراث وتثمينه اقتصاديا. وهذا البحث ضمن عرض شامل ومنظم كرونولوجيا وإحصائيا وتوضيحيا لكل دور علمي وأكاديمي وإعلامي في سبيل تنشيط تنمية الاقتصاد عبر تثمين التراث الثقافي للجزائر. Abstract: Cultural heritage has the elements of cohesion, belonging and national cultural identity, and reviving cultural tourism. Valuing the local economy, diversifying individual sources of income, solving the problem of unemployment through the cultural industry, and promoting sustainable development and upgrading it as an economic mechanism to get out of the rentier economy. and within the directions of the Algerian state to value heritage, national universities, research laboratories, scientific journals and the media have been promoting awareness, research and statistical programs, expressing opinions and providing solutions through dozens of forums, scientific articles and promotional media sessions to revive heritage and value it economically. This research is part of a comprehensive, chronologically, statistically presentation of each scientific, academic and media role in order to activate the economic development & valorization of Algeria's cultural heritage.
