Résumé: This study aims to highlight the effect of knowledge management in enhancing organizational learning in public organizations, a case study of the province of Batna, by researching the relationship between knowledge management processes and organizational learning levels, in the period between January (2022)until June (2022), and for the purpose of addressing the problem of the study was to use the questionnaire as a tool for the study, were it was addressing the (250)questionnaires processed by the statistical program SPSS, using several statistical methods, including arithmetic averages, correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression, the study found a set of conclusions, including that The relationship of knowledge management processes to enhancing organizational learning varies according to the workplace, The impact of knowledge management processes in promoting organizational learning varies according to the workplace, and The independent variables affecting the enhancement of the dependent variable vary, and the study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the need to generalize the practices of organizational learning and knowledge management used in the General Inspectorate in the rest of the workplaces within Batna province and its districts as it had received the best practices.
