نحو فعالية رقمنة التفاعل لتعزيز رضا المستفيدين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي: جامعة البليدة 2 نموذجا Toward The Effectiveness Of Interaction Digitalization To Enhance Students’ Satisfaction In Higher Education Institutions: The Case Of Blida 2 University

Résumé: بادرت العديد من المؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الجزائر بإدخال أبعاد التكنولوجيا الجديدة في إطار رقمنة القطاع من أجل الاستفادة من المزايا التي تحملها. لكن القليل من الدراسات الميدانية التي تسعى إلى البحث في مدى نجاعة وفعالية التحول الرقمي على مستوى قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الجزائر. نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى 1) كشف عن مختلف الادوات الرقمية التي فعلتها الجامعة محل الدراسة والتي تدخل في رقمنة أشكال التفاعل مع المستفيدين، 2) ومعرفة مدى ساهمت فعالية هذه الممارسات الرقمية في تعزيز رضا المستفيدين من خدمات عبر الخط. بعد تطوير وتوزيع إستبيان على عينة قدرها 225 مفردة، قمنا باستعمال معادلة الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد فبينت النتائج أن الممارسات الرقمية محل الدراسة تتفاوت في فعاليتها من جهة وأنها تساهم بنسب متفاوتة في رضا المستفيدين من الخدمات. تساعد هذه الدراسة صناع سياسات التحول الرقمي ومدراء أنشطتها الفرعية في فهم طرق تحسين مخرجات الرقمنة. Given the progressive digitization of the higher education sector, many institutions in Algeria have taken the initiative to introduce dimensions of new technology to take advantage of its benefits. However, few field studies have attempted to investigate the effectiveness of digital transformation in the higher education sector in Algeria. In this study, we aim to 1) identify the various digital tools adopted by Blida 2 University for online interaction with students, and 2) estimate the extent to which digital tools' effectiveness contributes to enhancing students' satisfaction with online services. After developing and distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 225 students, we used multiple linear regressions. The results showed that 1) the digital tools vary in their effectiveness, and 2) and contribute dissimilarly to student service satisfaction. This study might help policymakers of digital transformation and sub-activity managers to understand how to improve digitization consequences.
