الأداء المهني لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الاجراءات الاستثنائبة لجائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء المهني لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الإجراءات الاستثنائية لجائحة كورونا- كوفيد -19( من وجهة نظرهم) ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في الأداء المهني تعزى لعامل الجنس - السن - الأقدمية في التدريس، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة (272) أستاذاً و أستاذة ، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وذلك باستخدام استبيان الأداء المهني من إعداد الباحثة ، وقد تم التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية ولمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها تم الاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية التالية (التكرارات والنسب المئوية) لوصف مجتمع الدراسة وتحديد استجاباتهم والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتحديد الأهمية النسبية لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة اتجاه الأداة، و معامل ألفا كرومباخ لتحديد معامل ثبات ، واختبار (T) لحساب الصدق وكــا2 لحساب الفروق بين التكرارات في الفرضية الأولى، و الانحراف المعياري، اختبار (T) لعينيتين المستقلين في الفرضية الثانية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي (F) لحساب الفروق في الفرضية الثالثة والرابعة وذلك باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS.V.22). وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الأداء المهني لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الإجراءات الاستثنائية لكورونا مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء المهني لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الإجراءات الاستثنائية لكورونا تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء المهني لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الإجراءات الاستثنائية لكورونا تعزى لمتغير السن. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء المهني لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل الإجراءات الاستثنائية لكورونا تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في التدريس. وقد نوقشت نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة وختمت بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات الموجهة لبعض الباحثين وأصحاب القرار في الوزارة الوصية. This study aimed at identifying the professional performance level for primary education professors under the exceptional procedures of Corona-Kovid-19 (from their point of view) and see if there are differences in vocational performance is attributed to the sex factor - age - the seniority of teaching, (272) Professor and Professor, and for achieving the objectives of the study were rely on the descriptive approach to data collection and information using a professional performance questionnaire from the researcher preparation. Their computation and data processing have been confirmed on the following statistical methods (repetitions and percentages To describe the study community, identify their responses, arithmetic and standard deviations to determine the relative importance of the responses of the study community, and Alpha Crombach plant to determine the stability coefficient and test (T) to calculate the truth and 2 to calculate the differences between the duplicates in the first hypothesis and the normal deviation In the second hypothesis, analyzing the unilateral contrast (F) to calculate differences in the third and fourth hypothesis by using the statistical package (SPSS.V.22). We have reached the following results: - The level of vocational performance in primary education professors under extraordinary measures of Corona is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional performance level in the primary education professors under the exceptional procedures of Corona attributable to gender. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional performance level in the primary education professors under the exceptional procedures of Kurona attributed to the age. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional performance level in primary education professors under exceptional procedures for Corona attributable to the seniority variable in teaching.
