اللغة العربيّة بين العولمة والعالميّة واقع وتحدّيات

Résumé: ملخّص: تتعرّض اللغة العربيّة في العصر الحديث لإقصاءٍ مُمَنهجٍ ومقصود، حيث ينحصر وجودُها في مجالاتٍ محدودةٍ للغاية، ولا يُمكِنُ ردُّ هذه الظُّروف التي تعيشها اللغة العربيّة إلى سببٍ أو سببين؛ بل هو مشكل معقّد ومُركّب، يحتاج إلى حزمٍ وعزمٍ كبيرين للخروج بالعربيّة إلى برّ الأمان. ولعلّ أسوءَ وضع عاشته العربيّة هو هذا الذي تعيشه في ظلّ العَولمة، لذا ارتأينا أنْ نعالج ذلك في هذه الورقة العِلميّة، التي تَرومُ أساسًا إلى كشف ملابساتِ علاقَةِ العربيّة بالعَولمة، وإمكان صمود لغتنا في وجه العَولمة. وقد تبيّن أنّ اللغة العربيّة أكبرُ من أنْ تتأثّر بالعولمة؛ لولا أنْ سلّم أهلُها بانهزامٍ نتج عن ضعفهم، لا عن ضعف اللغة العربيّة. Abstract: Recently, the Arabic language is facing a real systematic and intentional exclusion, i.e.: it is tightly restricted to limited domains and fields, due to many unlimited complicated factors which should be analyzed and studied well to preserve our language. We presented this research paper aiming to highlight and treat the relationship between the Arabic language and the newly global changes and challenges. Thus, we need to spot the influence of globalization on our language in term of its effect on our language use and continuance. By the end, we realised that Arabic language's decadence is due to the Arab world's recession itself not the language. ;
