دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية** برنامج الاستقبال و التوجيه كنموذج بالمؤسسات الصحية بورقلة**

Résumé: : تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في تحسين الخدمة الصحية بالاعتماد على استجواب عينة من مستعملي المؤسسات العمومية الصحية لولاية ورقلة من خلال طرح الاشكالية التالية " هل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال دور في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية؟" ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتقسيمها إلى فصلين الأول خصص للجانب النظري والثاني إلى الجانب التطبيقي, بالاعتماد على توزيع استبيان بلغ عدد المستجوبين 105 و المجاوبين كذلك أي بلغنا نسبة 100% اعتمدنا على استخدام عددا من الأساليب الاحصائية لمعالجة الإستبيان و هذا بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم االجتماعية SPSS وكذا إختبار فرضيات البحث، حيث أظهرت الدراسة، وجود أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على جودة الخدمة الصحية، بعلاقة طردية ضعيفة بمعنى كلما زادت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال زاد جودة الخدمة الصحية والعكس بالعكس. The study aims to clarify the role of information and communication technology in improving the health service by relying on the questioning of a sample of users of public health institutions in the state of Ouargla by raising the following problem: "Does information and communication technology have a role in improving the quality of health service?" In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we divided it into two chapters, the first was devoted to the theoretical side and the second to the practical side, depending on the distribution of a questionnaire, the number of respondents reached 105, and the respondents also reached a rate of 100%. We relied on the use of a number of statistical methods to process the questionnaire, and this is by the SPSS program, as well as testing research hypotheses, as the study showed that there is an impact of information and communication technology on the quality of the health service, with a weak positive relationship, meaning the more information and communication technology increases the quality of the health service Vice versa.
