دراسة فيزيوكيميائية وبيولوجية للزيت الأساسي لبعض النباتات الطبية

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى استخلاص أربعة زيوت أساسية من الجزء الهوائي للنباتات المختارة للدراسة Ammudaucus leucotrichus Mentha piperita Origanum majorana L erea Cotula المقطوفة من منطقة الوادي حيث تم حساب مردود الاستخلاص وتعيين العوامل الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت الأساسية الأربعة حسب AFNOR , وتم التعرف على مركبات كل زيت باستعمال طريقة التحليل الكروماتوغرافيا الغازية المرتبطة بمطيافية الكتلة ) GC/MS ( فأعطت cinerea Cotula 31 مركب ونبتة Origanum majorana L 44 مركب ونبتة Mentha piperita أعطت 34 مركب أما نبتة Ammudaucus leucotrichus 24 مركب فقط , وتمت الفعالية ضد الأكسدة بطريقتين مختلفتين لجميع الزيوت الأساسية , وبطريقة التركيز الأدنى المثبط CMI تمت دراسة الفعالية ضد الميكروبات ) 8 بكتيريا , فطر وخميرة ( للزيوت الأساسية الأربعة , ثم تطرقنا إلى دراسة الفعالية ضد خلايا HCT116 , HePG2 السرطانية للزيوت الأربعة المستخلصة . Our study focused on hydrodistillation extraction of volatile extracts from the aerial part of four plants from El-Oued region, namely; Ammudaucus leucotrichus, Mentha piperita, Origanum majorana and Cotula cinerea. The extraction yields were assessed. Characterization of the physicochemical indices was accomplished as well as GC / MS analysis to determine the essential oils chemical composition. A total of 44 compounds were determined for O.majorana essential oil as well as 31, 24 and 34 confirmed compounds for C.cinerea, A.leucotrichus and M.Pepirita essential oils respectively. The antioxidant activity was determined by two different methods. The antimicrobial activity was tested against 8 bacteria, a yeast and a fungus. Finally, the anticancer activity of the essential oils carried out on the two cell lines HCT116 and HePG2 was evaluated
