دراسة فيزيوكيميائية وبيولوجية لزيت الأساسي لنبات Ammodaucus Leucotrichus - دراسة نظرية-
Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى استخلاص الزيت الاساسي من الجزء الهوائي لنبات Ammudaucus leucotrichus : حيث تم التطرق الى كيفية حساب مردود الاستخلاص وتعيين العوامل الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت الأساسي حسب AFNOR , وتم التعرف على مركبات الزيت باستعمال طريقة التحليل الكروماتوغرافيا الغازية المرتبطة بمطيافية الكتلة (GC/MS) فأعطت نبتة Ammudaucus leucotrichus 24 مركب فقط ، وتمت الفعالية ضد الأكسدة بطريقتين مختلفتين للزيت الاساسي, وبطريقة التركيز الأدنى المثبط CMI تمت دراسة الفعالية ضد الميكروبات ( 8 بكتيريا ، فطر وخميرة )، ثم تطرقنا إلى دراسة الفعالية ضد خلايا HCT116 ، HePG2 السرطانية للزيت الأساسي. Our study aims to extract the essential oil from the aerial part of the plant Ammudaucus leucotrichus: how to calculate the extraction yield and determine the physical and chemical factors of the essential oil according to AFNOR, and the oil compounds were identified using the gas chromatography-associated mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method. Ammudacus leucotrichus 24 compounds only, and the activity against oxidation was carried out by two different methods of essential oil, and by the method of the minimum inhibitory concentration CMI, the activity against microbes (8 bacteria, fungi and yeast) was studied, then we studied the activity against HCT116, HePG2 cancerous cells of the essential oil.
