دور إدارة المعرفة في بناء الذاكرة التنظيمية -دراسة حالة-المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب Alfapipe بغرداية
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة المعرفة في بناء الذاكرة التنظيمية بالمؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE بغرداية والتطرق إلى مكونات و أبعاد إدارة المعرفة وكذا محددات الذاكرة التنظيمية، و قد اعتمدنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة الدراسة (الاستبيان)، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 100عامل شملت عدة مستويات وظيفية في المؤسسة. من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها: وجود مستوى مرتفع من تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة وكذا توفر مستوى مرتفع من الذاكرة التنظيمية في المؤسسة، كما أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغير المستقل ادارة المعرفة والمتغير التابع الذاكرة التنظيمية حيث جاء بعد تطبيق المعرفة في المرتبة الاولى من حيث الارتباط يليه بعد إكتساب المعرفة في المرتبة الثانية ثم البعدين توزيع المعرفة وتخزين المعرفة في المرتبة الثالثة والرابعة موجبة طردية مرتفعة مع المتغير التابع للذاكرة التنظيمية بعدها جاء بعد إكتساب المعرفة The study aims to learn about the role of knowledge management in building organizational memory in the Algerian Pipe Industry Corporation (ALFAPIPE) in Ghardaia and to address the components and dimensions of knowledge management as well as organizational memory determinants, and we adopted in our study the analytical descriptive approach using the study tool (questionnaire), where the sample of the study reached 100 factors that included several functional levels in the institution. One of the most important results reached: the existence of a high level of application of knowledge management processes as well as the availability of a high level of organizational memory in the organization, as well as there is a correlation between the independent variable knowledge management and the variable of organizational memory where it came after the application of knowledge in the first place in terms of association followed after the acquisition of knowledge in the second place and then the dimensions distribution of knowledge and storage of knowledge in the third and fourth place positive expulsion high with the variable of organizational memory after that It came after acquiring knowledge.
