Résumé: ملخص: يعالج هذا المقال الموسوم ب (أثر العلوم المجاورة في علم أصول الفقه وجهود علماء الأصول في تحييدها *دراسة استقرائية تحليلية نقدية في ضوء الرؤى التجديدية*) إشكالية رئيسية تتمحور حول أثر العلوم المجاورة في علم أصول الفقه وعلاقته بها، وموقف علماء الأصول قديما وحديثا منها؛ متوسلين في دراستنا النقدية بالمنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وذلك عبر محورين أساسيين: أولهما؛ نكشف من خلاله عن أهم العلوم التي اختلطت بعلم أصول الفقه وآثارها الإيجابية والسلبية عليه، وموقف الأقدمين في تحييدها، وثانيهما: يبرز موقف علماء الأصول المحدثين والمعاصرين من هذا الاختلاط، ومدى سعيهم لتحييد علم أصول الفقه عنها، في ضوء التجديد الأصولي، قبل أن نختم المقال بخاتمة نبرز فيها نتائج هذا البحث وتوصياته.
