الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي - دراسة ميدانية في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية-تيزي وزو-

Résumé: ملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي كونه الملائم لدراستنا، وتم تحديد عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، يقدر حجمها بك 90 طالب وطالبة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من كل التخصصات والمستويات الدراسية الثلاثة نظام (ل م د) من جامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو – قطب تامدة. تم تطبيق أداتين لجمع المعلومات مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي ومقياس مستوى الطموح، وكانت نتائج الدراسة في في وجود علاقة ارتباط بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومختلف أبعاد مستوى الطموح، بمعنى كلما ارتفع نمو الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الطالب الجامعي كلما ازداد ارتفاع مستوى الطموح لديه.
