دور حَوْكمة الشركات العمومية في تفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية -دراسة حالة الجزائر-

Résumé: ظهرت الحَوْكمة كمفهوم ومنهجية للتنمية في بداية التسعينات من القرن الماضي وخاصة في الجزائر، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز الدور الكبير والفعال الذي تلعبه حوكمة الشركات العمومية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال مختلف البرامج والتعديلات المؤسسية والتي تعتبر كواحدة من أهم المجالات الجديدة لرسم السياسات والممارسات العملية في التنمية. فمن أهم النتائج هي عمل الشركات العمومية على إعطاء أهمية كبيرة لحوكمة الشركات لما لها من دور فعال وكبير في تفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال إيجاد شركات عمومية أكثر فعالية من الناحية القانونية، الإدارية والمالية، ورسم السياسات الخاصة بها من خلال توفير مكونات المجتمع المدني النشيط لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، السياسية والإدارية. Governance emerged as a concept and methodology for development in the early nineties of the last century, especially in Algeria, where this study came to highlight the great and effective role that public corporate governance plays in achieving economic development through various programs and institutional adjustments, which are considered as one of the most important new areas for the formulation of policies and practical practices In development. Among the most important results are the work of public companies to give great importance to corporate governance because of their effective and significant role in activating economic development, by creating public companies that are more effective in legal, administrative and financial terms, and drawing their own policies by providing the components of society An active civil to achieve economic, social, political and administrative development.
