واقع الممارسة الفعلية لأستاذ التعليم الثانوي المستفيد من التكوين التحضيري البيداغوجي.

Résumé: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الواقع الفعلي لأداء أستاذ التعليم الثانوي المستفيد من برنامج التكوين التحضيري البيداغوجي لمهارة التدريس من خلال مهارة التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم الدرس. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء استبيان موزعة على ثلاث أبعاد هي (تخطيط الدرس ، تنفيذ الدرس، تقويم الدرس )، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة والبالغة (50)أستاذا وأستاذة . ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها مايلي : مستوى الأداء الفعلي لأستاذ التعليم الثانوي المستفيد من برنامج التكوين التحضيري البيداغوجي بالنسبة لمهارة تخطيط الدرس كان بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة.أما مهارة تنفيذ الدرس فكان بدرجة ممارسة قليلة، ومهارة التقويم بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة. The aim of the research is to identify the actual reality of the performance of a secondary education professor who benefits from the educational preparatory training program for the skill of teaching through the skill of planning, implementation, and lesson evaluation. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and in order to achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was constructed distributed on three dimensions: lesson planning, lesson implementation, lesson evaluation), and after making sure of its validity and consistency, it was applied to the study sample of (50) professors and professors. Among the most prominent results of the study are the following: The actual performance level of the secondary education teacher benefiting from the pedagogical preparatory training program in relation to the lesson planning skill was with a medium degree of practice. As for the lesson implementation skill, it was with a low degree of .practice, and the evaluation skill with a moderate degree of practice
