دراسة قياسية لأثر مؤشرات التنمية البشرية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2018

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وقياس اثر مؤشرات التنمية البشرية على النمو الاقتصادي الممثل بمعدله في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018 ببيانات سنوية، وإمكانية نمذجة هذه المتغيرات قياسيا في علاقة توازنية طويلة الأمد باستخدام أسلوب التكامل المتزامن، وقد توصلت نتيجة البحث إلى استحالة ذلك مع وجود علاقة قصيرة عابرة لغياب التكامل المتزامن، وعليه فنماذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي VAR كافية لتوضيحها. كما تميز النموذج المقدرVAR بوجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من متوسط نصيب الفرد من الدخل الحقيقي الإجمالي ونسبة الالتحاق بالمدارس الابتدائية، وكذا علاقة عكسية معنوية بين متوسط العمر المتوقع عند الميلاد ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاح: نمو اقتصادي؛ تنمية بشرية؛ تكامل متزامن؛ نموذج VAR. تصنيف JEL: O1؛ O11؛ O15 Abstract: This study aims to know and measure the impact of human development indicators on the economic growth represented by its rate in Algeria during the period 1990-2018 annual data, and the possibility of modeling these variables in long-term equilibrium relationship using the model of Co-integration, The result of research concluded that there is a short transient relationship to absence of co-integration, and therefore the vector autoregressive model is sufficient to clarify it. The estimated model VAR is distinguished by existence a direct statistically significant relationship for each of the average per capita gross real income and enrollment ration in primary schools, as well as inverse significant relationship between life expectancy at birth and economic growth rate.
