Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر علم «تخريج الفروع على الفروع» من أهم أنواع علم التخريج الفقهي لاستنباط المسائل الفقهية المسكوت عنها عند الإمام. وتظهر إشكالية الدراسة في حدوث مستجدات جديدة ملحة تحتاج إلى حكم الشرع فيها، فجاء هذا البحث الموسوم بـ: «تخريج الفروع على الفروع وتطبيقاته في النوازل المعاصرة» ليبرز منهج استنباط الأحكام الشرعية للنوازل المعاصرة، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان أهميّة تخريج الفروع على الفروع. سلك الباحث فيه هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي. وتمثلت خطة البحث في بيان حقيقته وأهميّته، ثم ذكر أهم مصادره مع بيان كيفية تطبيقه في النوازل المعاصرة، مع عرض نماذج عملية.
