اختصاصي المعلومات ودوره في تفعيل الوصول الحر:دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة

Résumé: إن اتجاه مؤسسات المعلومات والمعرفة بمختلف أنواعها، وخاصة منها المكتبات الجامعية نحو الاندماج ضمن حركة الوصول الحر للمعلومات كاستجابة منها للمتغيرات العالمية الحاصلة في مجال الاتصال العلمي بين الباحثين، وحركة النشر العلمي وإتاحة البحوث العلمية يتطلب منها توافر مستلزمات أساسية أهمها: ضرورة توافر كفاءات بشرية مؤهلة ومتخصصة وذلك قصد التمكن من تفعيل الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات بمختلف أشكالها وأنواعها لجميع المستفيدين. وبشكل عام تحاول هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى المهارات الجديدة الواجب توافرها في اختصاصي المعلومات؛ وكذلك الأدوار التي يجب عليه القيام بها من أجل تفعيل الوصول الحر للمعلومات. ولتحقيق الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام المقابلة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في جميع المكتبيين العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة عنابة، حيث تم الاعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل.The orientation of information and knowledge institutions of all kinds, especially university librairies, toward integration within the free access to information in response to global changes in scientific communication among researchers, the movement of scientific publication and making scientific research available requires the availability of basic requirements, the most important of which are: The need for qualified and specialized human competencies in order to enable free access to information of all kinds and forms to all beneficiaries. This study generally attempts to address new skills that must be available in the information specialist; as well as the roles they must play in order to enable free access to information. To achieve this objective, the study relied on the analytical descriptive method, and the interview was used as a main tool for collecting information from the sample study, which is represented by the entire librarian working in the center library of Annaba University, since the census Method was used.
