اتجاهات المكتبيين بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية نحو بناء مستودعات الوصول الحر: دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل اتجاهات المكتبيين بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية اتجاه بناء المستودعات الرقمية، وعلى وجه الخصوص تصورات واستعداد المكتبيين العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باجي مختار عنابة، لتنفيذ مستودعات الوصول الحر بمكتبتهم، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات، والتي تم توزيعها على المكتبيين المتخصصين في علوم المكتبات البالغ عددهم 10 مكتبيين، من أجل تحديد مستوى قبول بناء مستودع، وتقييم درجة استعدادهم. حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تباين عند عينة الدراسة في مستوى الوعي بأهمية وفائدة الوصول الحر والمستودعات الرقمية بالمكتبات، مع محدودية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم اتجاهاها، وضعف تعاملهم معها، ومع ذلك هناك موقف إيجابي عام، نحو استعدادهم وحماسهم لخلق مستودع رقمي بمكتبتهم This study aims to analyze the trends of the librarians in the Algerian university libraries the direction of building digital repositories, in particular the perceptions and readiness of the librarians working in the Central Library of The University of Badji Mokhtar Annaba, to implement the open access repositories of their library, using the curriculum Analytical descriptive, based on the questionnaire tool in data collection, which was distributed to the 10 librarians, in order to determine the level of acceptance of the construction of a repository, and to assess their readiness. The results of the study showed that there is a discrepancy in the sample of the study in the level of awareness of the importance and usefulness of open access and digital repositories in libraries, with limited skills and knowledge of their orientation, and poor dealing with them, yet there is a general positive attitude towards their willingness and enthusiasm to create a digital repository in their library.
