Résumé: سوف تتناول هذه الدراسة الحديث عن الطفل ومفهوم الطفل في ظل الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريع الجزائري والفلسطيني وكما سوف تتناول صور الاعتداء على الطفل على شبكة الانترنت ولعل ذلك سوف يكون محور الحديث في المبحث الاول من هذه الدراسة، وبعد ذلك سوف نتطرق الى دور التشريع الوطني الجزائري والفلسطيني في حماية الطفل من الجرائم الالكترونية، ولعل ذلك سوف يكون محور الحديث لدينا في البحث الثاني من هذه الدراسة. This study will talk about the child and the concept of the child under the international conventions and the Algerian and Palestinian legislation. It will also discuss the images of child abuse on the internet. Perhaps this will be the focus of the talk in the first section of this study. Protecting children from cybercrime, perhaps it will be our modern role in the second research of this study.
