دور نموذج خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة حسب معيار الإبلاغ المالي Ifrs9 في ملائمة وموثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية

Résumé: يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول ملائمة وموثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية الناتجة من تطبيق محاسبة نموذج خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة الذي يعد من اهم متطلبات المعيار IFRS9، حيث تناولنا شرح الأساليب والطرق التي وضعها المعيار لقياس الخسائر المتوقعة سواءا من ناحية المستويات الثلاث لتصنيف مدى الجودة الائتمانية للأصل المالي ا وطرق التنبوء بالخسائر المحتملة . ولهذا تم اعداد استبانة لتحديد اثر استخدام نموذج خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة على ملائمة وموثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية من وجهة نظر افراد العينة المدروسة ولقد توصلنا الى نتائج أهمها ان نموذج خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة يزيد من ملائمة المعلومات المحاسبية لمستخدمي القوائم المالية ؛ وله اثر على موثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية، الا ان هذا الأثر قليل نسبيا ؛ حسب اراء افراد العينة، ولا يمكن تحقيق ملائمة وموثوقية المعلومات معا بتطبيق نموذج خسائر الائتمانية المتوقعة حيث تلغى موثوقية المعلومات. The theme of our study is on the appropriateness and reliability of accounting information resulting from the application of the expected credit loss model accounting, which is one of the most important requirements of IFRS9. Therefore, a determination has been made to determine the impact of the use of the expected credit loss model on the appropriateness and reliability of accounting information from the point of view of the sample members. The impact on the reliability of accounting information is relatively low; According to the views of the sample members, both the appropriateness and reliability of the information cannot be achieved by applying the expected credit loss model where the reliability of the information is eliminated.
