الأخصائي الاجتماعي وأدواره بالمنظمة الاجتماعية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مفهوم الاخصائي الاجتماعي ’ و كيفية تكوينه و ما هي اهم الخصائص التي يتميز بها في المنظمة الاجتماعية . و ما هي الادوار التي يلعبها كممارس لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية ، فالخدمة الاجتماعية لم تعد تتمثل في اعمال البر و الاحسان و انما يقوم بها متخصصون اعدوا في معاهد خاصة بالخدمة الاجتماعية. و المنظمة الاجتماعية بحاجة لهؤلاء المختصين الاجتماعيين This study aimed to reveal the concept of social worker , and how to form it and what are the most important characteristics that characterize the social organization. And what roles he plays as a practitioner of the profession of social service, social service is no longer the work of righteousness and charity, but carried out by specialists prepared in special institutes of a social Work.
