Résumé: سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على التكنولوجيا المالية هذا المجال الجديد الذي دخل بقوة في السنوات القليلة الماضية، وأضحى يلقي بضلاله على جميع الميادين، انطلاقا من التجارة الالكترونية وصولا إلى العملات الرقمية المشفرة (البتكوين). ومع هذا الكم الهائل من الابتكارات التكنولوجية التي غيرت طريقة ممارسة الأعمال، ونقل الأموال والمعاملات اليومية التي نقوم بها، تعد منطقتي الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا أرضاً خصبة لهذا النوع من التكنولوجيا، لذلك بدأت العديد من الشركات الناشئة بدخول هذا المجال. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية كأحد أبرز القطاعات التي يجب أن تحظى بدعم كبير من قبل صناع القرار، من خلال توفير الدعم الاستراتيجي والبنية التحتية والقوانين المنظمة لها. :Abstract We will try in this paper identify the financial technology, this new area which entered strongly in the past few years; he has become a shadow over all fields, from electronic commerce to cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin). However, the huge amount of technological innovations that have changed the way of doing business, and the transfer of funds of our daily transactions, the Middle East and North Africa are fertile ground .for this type of technology, so it has started many emerging companies to enter this area The study concluded the importance of financial technology sector as one of the most prominent sectors which must be supported by .decision-makers, through the provision of strategic support, infrastructure and laws governing them
