ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية الأسباب و الآثار The Phenomenon Of Illegal Immigration, Causes And Effects

Résumé: تعرف الهجرة غير الشرعية على أنها التسلل عبر الحدود البرية و البحرية، و الإقامة بدولة أخرى غير البلد الأصلي بطريقة غير قانونية، و يمكن تكون الهجرة في أصلها قد تمت بطريقة قانونية و لكن سرعان ما تتحول فيما بعد إلى غير شرعية، و هو ما يعرف بالإقامة غير الشرعية. و تعني الهجرة غير الشرعية عبور الحدود بصفة سرية ، سواء كان ذلك دخولا أو خروجا من التراب الوطني للدولة. كل ذلك أدى إلى تنامي هذه الظاهرة خصوصا لدى فئة الشباب حتى و إن لم يسلم منها الشيوخ والنساء و الأطفال، و هذا رغبة منهم في العيش الرغيد في الضفة الشمالية من البحر الأبيض المتوسط خصوصا . Illegal immigration is defined as sneaking across land and sea borders, and residing in a country other than the country of origin in an illegal way, and immigration may have taken place in a legal way, but it soon turns later into illegal, which is what is known as residence illegality Illegal immigration means crossing borders clandestinely, whether entering or leaving the country's national territory. All of this led to the growth of this phenomenon, especially among the youth, even if the elderly, women and children were not spared from it, and this is their desire to live well in the northern bank of the Mediterranean in particular.
