The Growing Factors Of Illegal Immigration Among Algerian Youth

Résumé: الملخص:تعتبر ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية من المنظور الدولي اليوم جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون، لكن الوضعية الانسانية لكثير من الافراد تجعلهم يتحدون هذا الاجراءات كونهم يبحثون عن حياة افضل من أجل بناء مستقبل سعيد؛ مما جعلتهم يغمرون بحياتهم ومستقبلهم المحفوف بالمخاطر، ولهذا سعت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، والتعرف على أهم عوامل الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب الجزائري، وكذلك وضع اقتراحات قد يستفيد منها الخبراء والدارسون لكي توضع في شكل خطة لتخفيف من ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية:( الهجرة، الهجرة غير الشرعية، الشباب) Abstract: The phenomenon of illegal immigration from the international perspective today is considered a crime punishable by law, but the humanitarian situation of many individuals makes them defy these measures as they are looking for a better life in order to build a happy future; Which made them flood their lives and their future fraught with dangers, and for this reason this study sought to identify the phenomenon of illegal immigration, and to identify the most important factors of illegal immigration among Algerian youth, as well as to develop suggestions that experts and scholars may benefit from to be put in the form of a plan to mitigate the phenomenon of illegal immigration among Algerian youth.
