اكتشاف العوامل المحددة لجودة الخدمات التعليم العالي من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة سعيدة

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إستكشاف أهم العوامل المحددة لجودة الخدمات التعليم العالي بجامعة سعيدة، بحيث شملت عينة مكونة من (150) طالب، فباستعمال التحليل الإحصائي بالاستعانة ببرنامج (SPSS.V.22)، بتطبيق أسلوب التحليل العاملي بغية استخراج العوامل وتصنيفها في مجموعات. تم التوصل إلى استخراج أربعة عوامل محددة لجودة التعليم العالي في جامعة سعيدة تتمثل في كل من جودة الخدمة الأكاديمية التعليمية، و جودة البنية التحتية للجامعة، و جودة المخابر، و جودة العلاقات الخارجية. Abstract : The study aims to explore the most important determinants of the quality of higher education services at Saida University, so that it included a sample of (150) students, using statistical analysis with the help of (SPSS.V.22) program, by applying the method of factor analysis in order to extract the factors and classify them into groups. It was reached to extract four specific factors for the quality of higher education in Saida university, which are represented in: the quality of the academic and educational service, the quality of the university's infrastructure, the quality of laboratories, and the quality of external relations.
