واقع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر- مؤسسة "يسير" نموذجا

Résumé: This study aims to shed light on emerging enterprises in Algeria, especially with regard to the challenges they face and the most important incentives given to them. We also touched on a successful model in the leadership of start-ups represented by the Algerian company "Yassir", which specializes in innovative transportation service that can be used by smartphone anywhere and at any time possible. In this study, we used the data analysis of the Algerian institution "Yaseer" using the descriptive analytical method appropriate for this type of study. we reached several results, the most important of which is that the start-up Algerian enterprise "Yaseer", which started from an innovative idea in only one city, reached in a short time to success and globalization thanks to its unique model, and its rigor in work, which is evident through the way it selects its partners. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر خصوصا ما تعلق بالتحديات التي تواجهها، وأهم التحفيزات الممنوحة لها. كما تطرقنا إلى نموذج ناجح في ريادة المؤسسات الناشئة والمتمثل في المؤسسة الجزائرية "يسير" المتخصصة في خدمة النقل المبتكرة والتي يمكن استخدامها عن طريق الهاتف الذكي في أي مكان وفي أي وقت ممكن. وقد استعنا في هذه الدراسة بتحليل المعطيات الخاصة بالمؤسسة الجزائرية "يسير" باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب لهذا النوع من الدراسات. و توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة الجزائرية الناشئة "يسير" التي انطلقت من فكرة مبتكرة في مدينة واحدة فقط وصلت في ظرف وجيز إلى النجاح والريادة بفضل نموذجها الفريد من نوعه، وصرامتها في العمل التي تتجلى من خلال طريقة انتقائها لشركائها.
