Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه حاضنات الأعمال في دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر، حيث برزت مؤخرا أهمية حاضنات الأعمال بكونها إحدى الآليات المهمة والفعالة لدعم الأعمال والأنشطة الاقتصادية بما فيها المؤسسات الناشئة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها اعتبار فكرة حاضنات الأعمال من الأفكار الفتية في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية، ورغم ذلك فهي تلعب دورا بارزا في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني من خلال توفير الدعم المالي والمادي للمؤسسات الناشئة ؛ كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن للجزائر مسايرة فكرة مرافقة المؤسسات واحتضانها من خلال امتلاكها لمقومات عديدة قد تكون سببا في نجاح ذلك. Abstract This study aimed to highlight the role that business incubators play in supporting and developing Starts-up in Algeria, Recently, , the importance of business incubators has emerged as one of the important and effective means of supporting business and economic activities, including Starts-up. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the idea of business incubators is considered one of the young ideas in the Algerian business environment, Despite this, it plays a prominent role in promoting the national economy by providing financial and material support to Srarts-up, The study also found that Algeria can go along with the idea of accompanying and embracing institutions by possessing many ingredients that may be a reason for the success of this.
