Résumé: تعتبر فكرة المؤسسات الناشئة وحاضنات الأعمال من الأفكار الفتية في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية تعمل الحكومة على دعمها لمساهماتها الفعالة في تسريع حركية التنمية الشاملة، وتنويع القاعدة الإنتاجية للاقتصاد، فدورها الحاضنات يتلخص في تبني الأفكار الإبداعية وترقيتها إلى مشاريع ناشئة ناجحة ومرافقتها لتحقيق مزايا تنافسية وضمان فرص النجاح والنمو والاستمرارية. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع حاضنات الأعمال والمؤسسات الناشئة بالجرائر والتحديات التي تواجهها وسبل تفعيلها Abstract: The idea of startups and business incubator is considered one of the young ideas in Algeria, the government is working to support it for its effective contributions in accelerating the overall development movement and diversifying the productive base of the economy, The rol of business incubator is to adopt creative ideas and promote them to successful start-ups and accompany them to achieve competitive advantages and ensure opportunities for success, growth and continuity. This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of business incubators and emerging institutions with the causs, challenges they face, and the way to activate.
