استقامة القيادة وأثرها على الالتزام التنظيمي في ظل وجود جودة حياة العمل كمتغير وسيط -دراسة استطلاعية على عمال منجم الفوسفاط بئر العاتر تبسة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار الأثر بين استقامة القيادة والالتزام التنظيمي، في حالة وجود متغير وسيط بينهما ألا وهو جودة حياة العمل، حيث شملت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من مجموعة من العاملين في منجم الفوسفاط بتبسة. وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، كما تم استخدام بعض الوسائل الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، كالوسط الحسابي، ومعامل الارتباط، ونمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين استقامة القيادة والالتزام التنظيمي كما أن هناك أثر كبير للمتغير الوسيط. The study aimed to test the effect between integrity of leadership and organizational commitment, in the case of an intermediate variable between them, which is the quality of work life. The study included a sample of a group of workers in the Tebessa phosphate mine. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, and some statistical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study, such as the arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient, and structural equation modeling. The study concluded that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between leadership integrity and organizational commitment, and there is a significant effect of the mediating variable.
