ريادة المجلات االعلمية الجزائرية بالتحول من إدارة المعرفة إلى إدارة Alggerian Scientific Journals Lead The Transition From Knowledge Management To Wisdom Management

Résumé: يسعى هذا البحث إلى معرفة واقع و تحديات إدارة المعرفة في المجلات العلمية الجزائرية المدرجة في المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية وكذا إمكانية التحول إلى إدارة الحكمة من طرف رؤساء التحرير. إعتمدت الدراسة على إستمارة إلكترونية موزعة على 40 رئيس تحرير للمجلات العلمية الجزائرية المصنفة، كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات و المعلومات مع إستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية لإختبار الفرضيات، وبشكل عام حاول البحث التوصل إلى نتائج فيما يتعلق إمكانية التحول من إدارة المعرفة للمجلات العلمية المدرجة في asjp إلى إدارة الاحكمة لتحقيق الريادة في النشر العلمي، و تبين أن العينة المبحوثة لها إتجاه إيجابي بشأن أبعاد إدارة الحكمة(الإدراك، الإسستشراف و التكنولوجيا) و توفر القدرة على الإبتكار التنظيمي للنشر العلمي و تحمل المخاطر المتعلقة به تسهل من تبادل الخبرات و المعارف و بالتالي ريادة النشر العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية:إدارة المعرفة، إدارة الحكمة، رؤساء التحرير، إبتكار، نشر العلمي *** Abstract: This research seeks to find out the reality and challenges of knowledge management in Algerian scientific journals on the Algerian scientific journals platform as well as the possibility of switching to wisdom management by editors. The study was based on an electronic form distributed among 40 editors of classified Algerian scientific journals, as a key tool for collecting data and information with the use of a number of statistical methods to test hypotheses, and in general the research tried to reach results regarding the possibility of switching from knowledge management of asjp-listed scientific journals to the management of referees to achieve leadership in scientific publishing, and found that the sample researched has a positive trend on the dimensions of wisdom management (cognition, proficience and technology) and the ability to provide The organizational innovation of scientific publishing and its risk tolerance facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge and thus lead scientific publishing.
