قياس كفاءة و إنتاجية مؤسسة الوطنية للتأمين Saa خلال الفترة 2014-2007
Résumé: The objective of this study is to try to measure the technical efficiency and productivity change of the 14 regional directorates of the National Insurance Institution, during the period (2007-2014) using Data Envelopement Analysis and the Malmuquist model index as the most modern standards in this field. Through a output-oriented DEA model (BCC-O), the results showed that there is a difference in the efficiency levels among the regional directorates, of which 21.42% of the total districts achieved full efficiency, and 78.57% of the regional directorates did not achieve full efficiency, That the efficiency ratios between them were close. As for the change in productivity, it has generally declined and deteriorated due to the negative impact of technical change.
