اتجاهات المعلمين نحو الدمج التربوي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمدارس العادية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اتجاهات المعلمين نحو الدمج التربوي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس العادية–دراسة تطبيقية بالمركز الوطني للتكوين المهني للمعوقين جسديا خميستي المدينة ولاية تيبازة-، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) معلم و معلمة تم اخيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، ولجمع البيانات تم بناء استبيان من اعداد الباحثان، وقد اشتمل على (23) فقرة لتحديد اتجاه المعلمين، بعد اخضاعه للشروط السيكومترية (الصدق و الثبات)، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن اتجاهات تقبل المعلمين للدمج التربوي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمدارس العادية كانت ايجابية. Abstract : Abstract: This study aims to know the attitudes of teachers towards the educational integration of people with special needs in public schools - a field study at the National Center for Vocational Training for the Physically Disabled Khemisti city, Tipasa state - where the study sample consisted of (50) teachers who were chosen randomly. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, and to verify the validity of the hypotheses, a questionnaire was built by the researchers. and it included(23) items to determine the direction of teachers, after subjecting it to arbitration, honesty and stability, and the study concluded that the attitudes of teachers' acceptance of educational integration for people with special needs. In public schools it was positive.
