علاقة تقدير الذات بالرضا الوظيفي لدى الممرضين

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف علاقة تقدير الذات بالرضا الوظيفي لدى الممرضين، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 225 من الممرضين العاملين بمؤسسات الصحة العمومية لولاية مستغانم (128 ذكور و97 إناث) أخذوا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث مقياس تقدير الذات لـكوبر سميث واستبيان الرضا الوظيفي للمرضين من إعداد الباحث، وذلك بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة، فخلص البحث إلى النتائج التالية: - للممرضين العاملين بمؤسسات الصحة العمومية مستوى منخفض من تقدير الذات. - للممرضين العاملين بمؤسسات الصحة العمومية مستوى منخفض من الرضا الوظيفي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين تقدير الذات والرضا الوظيفي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمؤسسات الصحة العمومية. وعليه، عرض الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - إجراء دورات تدريبية ومحاضرات تعليمية للممرضين بمؤسسات الصحة العمومية من طرف مختصين نفسيين في كيفية مواجهة المشاكل النفسية المهنية التي تعترضهم. - القيام بدراسة مقارنة في تقدير الذات والرضا الوظيفي بين الممرضين العاملين في مؤسسات الصحة العمومية والعاملين في مؤسسات الصحة للقطاع الخاص. The present study aimed at revealing the relationship of self-esteem to the job satisfaction among nurses. The researcher used descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 225 nurses working in public health institutions in the wilaya of Mostaganem (128 males and 97 females). They were chosen in random manner. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used Cooper Smith's self-esteem scale and a nurse's job satisfaction questionnaire developed by the researcher, after checking the psychometric properties of the tools of the study. The research concluded the following results: - Nurses working in public health institutions have a low level of self-esteem. - Nurses working in public health institutions have a low level of job satisfaction. -There is a positive correlation between self-esteem and job satisfaction among nurses working in public health institutions. Accordingly, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Organize training cycles and pedagogical conferences for nurses in public health institutions by psychological specialists on how to deal with the psychological problems that they face. - proceed a comparative study on self-esteem and job satisfaction among nurses working in public health institutions and those working in private sector health institutions.
