أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على القرارات الأخلاقية: دراسة في بيئات العمل المتغيرة

Résumé: تركز هذه الدراسة على استكشاف تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على القرارات الأخلاقية في بيئات العمل المتغيرة وكذا تحديد العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والقرارات الأخلاقية في بيئات العمل المتغيرة، ودراسة تأثير التحولات التنظيمية على القيم الأخلاقية للموظفين. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، إذ طبقت على عينة قصدية من الموظفين؛ والتي قدرت بـ: 51 فردا. تم جمع البيانات من خلال مقابلات واستبانات مع موظفين في بيئات متغيرة. أظهرت النتائج أن الثقافة التنظيمية تلعب دورا محوريا في توجيه القرارات الأخلاقية؛ إذ أن الثقافة التي تعزز النزاهة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية تزيد من فرص اتخاذ قرارات أخلاقية سليمة. بالمقابل، قد تقود الثقافة التي تركز على الربحية إلى قرارات غير أخلاقية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم توصيات بضرورة تعزيز الثقافة الأخلاقية في المؤسسات لخلق بيئة عمل تدعم اتخاذ القرارات الأخلاقية. This study focuses on exploring the impact of organizational culture on ethical decisions in changing work environments, as well as determining the relationship between organizational culture and ethical decisions in such environments. It also examines the effect of organizational transformations on employees' ethical values. The study adopted a descriptive methodology and was applied to a purposive sample of employees, consisting of 51 individuals. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires with employees in changing environments. The results showed that organizational culture plays a pivotal role in guiding ethical decisions. Cultures that promote integrity and social responsibility increase the likelihood of making sound ethical decisions. Conversely, cultures that prioritize profitability may lead to unethical decisions. The study concluded by offering recommendations to strengthen ethical culture in organizations to create a work environment that supports ethical decision-making.
