الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر: بين متطلبات حماية البيئة ومقتضيات تحقيق الأمن الغذائي

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر الخيار الأمثل لمواجهة التحديات البيئية وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي، حيث يتطلب ذلك تبني سياسات مستدامة تعزز من استخدام الموارد الطبيعية بشكل فعال وتقلل من التلوث. حيث أن تحقيق التوازن بين حماية البيئة واحتياجات السكان من الغذاء يتطلب الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا الزراعية الحديثة، وتعزيز الزراعة العضوية، وتطوير نظم الري الذكية. ومن هذا المنطلق ينبغي على القطاع العام والخاص العمل يدا بيد على توعية الفلاحين بأهمية الممارسات الزراعية المستدامة، لتحسين الإنتاج الزراعي والحفاظ على البيئة. إن هذا التوجه لا يسهم فقط في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، بل يعزز أيضاً من قدرة الجزائر على مواجهة التغيرات المناخية والتحديات الاقتصادية المستقبلية. Abstract: The green economy in Algeria is the optimal choice to address environmental challenges and achieve food security, as it requires adopting sustainable policies that enhance the effective use of natural resources and reduce pollution. Achieving a balance between environmental protection and the food needs of the population requires investment in modern agricultural technology, promoting organic farming, and developing smart irrigation systems. From this standpoint, both the public and private sectors should work hand in hand to raise farmers' awareness of the importance of sustainable agricultural practices, to improve agricultural production and preserve the environment. This approach not only contributes to achieving food security but also enhances Algeria's ability to face climate change and future economic challenges.
