الزراعة العضوية من أجل إرساء مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي: دراسة حالة الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الزراعة العضوية باعتبارها من الآليات المعتمد عليها في إرساء مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر، في تعزيز مستويات الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لتحليل واقع الأمن الغذائي ودراسة مؤشرات الزراعة العضوية في الجزائر للوقوف على الامكانيات المتاحة والتي يمكن استغلالها من أجل ارساء مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه يمكن دعم آليات الزراعة العضوية في الجزائر لزيادة الانتاج وتحسين نوعيته إذا ما تمّ معالجة التحديات التي تقف عائقا أمام رفع مستويات الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر. Abstract: The aim of this study is to highlight the role of the organic agriculture as one of the mechanisms in establishing the principles of green economy، and in promoting Algeria's food security levels. In order to achieve the study's objectives, the analytical descriptive approach was used to analyse the reality of food security, to study the indicators of organic agriculture in Algeria, and to identify the possibilities that could be exploited to establish the principles of a green economy. Several results were found in this study, the most important was support the mechanisms of the organic arguculture in Algeria to increase the production and improve its quality, while raising the challenges that constrain the food security in Algeria.
