قانون الغابات 09ديسمبر1885م وانعكاساته على المجتمع الجزائري Forest Bill Of December 9th, 1885 And Its Impact On The Algerian Society

Résumé: عمل المستدمر الفرنسي منذ احتلاله للجزائر على مصادرة الأراضي بوسائل وأساليب مختلفة، بهدف تشجيع الحركة الاستيطانية، وتنشيط الاقتصاد الفرنسي، ومن أبرز الأساليب التي استعملها سَنه لترسانة من القوانين والتشريعات المجحفة، والتي مكنته من بسط يده على أملاك الجزائريين، ومن أخطر هذه القوانين وأسوءها قانون الغابات المؤرخ في 09ديسمبر 1885م. The French colonizer has attempted, since its entry to Algeria, to confiscate the lands of the Algerians by various means and methods with the aim of encouraging the settlement movement, on the one hand, and revitalizing the French economy, on the other. Among those means and methods was the enactment of an arsenal of laws, decrees and unfair legislations, which enabled it to extend control over the properties of Algerian. The most serious of these laws was the Forest Bill that was approved by the French authorities in December9th, 1885.
