الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بجودة الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على طبيعة علاقة الضغوط النفسية بجودة الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط حيث تمت صياغة التساؤل العام على النحو الآتي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط؟ وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (41) أستاذا (21) إناث و(20) ذكور ,تطبق مقياسي (الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة )،وقد تم إتباع في معالجة البيانات على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي ،وبعد تطبيق الأدوات المستخدمة ومعالجة البيانات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط على مقياس الضغوط النفسية. - لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط على مقياس جودة الحياة. - لا توجد فروق تعزي لعامل الخبرة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط (أقل من 10 سنوات ،أكثر من 10 سنوات) على مقياس الضغوط النفسية. - لا توجد فروق تعزي لعامل الخبرة لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط (أقل من 10 سنوات ،أكثر من 10 سنوات) على مقياس جودة الحياة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الضغوط النفسية ، جودة الحياة، التعليم ، أستاذ التعلم المتوسط Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship of psychological stress to the quality of life among middle school teachers, where the general question was formulated as follows: Is there a correlation between psychological stress and quality of life among a sample of middle school teachers? The study sample included (41) professors (21) females and (20) males, applying two scales (psychological stress and quality of life), and data processing was followed on the descriptive correlative approach, and after applying the tools used and data processing, the following results were reached: - There is a correlation between psychological stress and quality of life among a sample of middle school teachers. - There are no differences between male and female middle school teachers on the psychological stress scale. - There are no differences between male and female middle school teachers on the quality of life scale. - There are no differences attributable to the experience factor of middle school teachers (less than 10 years, more than 10 years) on the psychological stress scale. - There are no differences attributable to the experience factor of middle school teachers (less than 10 years, more than 10 years) on the quality of life scale.
