التنافس الجيو إستراتيجي بين الصين و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في منطقة آسيا-باسيفيك

Résumé: ادت نهاية الحرب الباردة الى تحول في بنية النظام الدولي، حيث برزت ملامح نظام دولي جديد تهيمن عليه الولايات المتحدة الامريكية من الناحيتين السياسية و الاقتصادية و تسعى الى تكريس و تعزيز مكانتها كقوة عظمى وحيدة و مهيمنة. مع ذلك برزت قوى صاعدة اخرى تسعى الى تغيير النظام الدولي نحو التعددية القطبية ابرزها الصين. ادى ذلك الى بروز تنافس جيو استراتيجي بمضامين جيو سياسية بين الصين كقوة صاعدة، و الولايات المتحدة الامريكية كقوة مهيمنة في المجالات الاقتصادية و السياسية و الامنية. هذا التنافس يرتكز في المناطق و الاقاليم الدولية المهمة. و في هذا السياق تشكل منطقة آسيا-باسيفيك اهم منطقة في عالم ما بعد الحرب الباردة مسرحا للتنافس الصيني الامريكي. حيث تسعى الصين الى بناء مكانتها الاقليمية في آسيا-باسيفيك من خلال تعظيم قوتها الشاملة و دفع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية خارج المنطقة، و بالمقابل تسعى الولايات المتحدة الامريكية الى احتواء الصين في بيئتها الاقليمية و منعها من البروز كقوة عظمة تهدد مكانة الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في القرن الحادي و العشرين. The end of the cold war has changed the structure of the international system, where the features of a new international system emerged, dominated by the United States of America from the political and economic perspectives, and it seeks to consolidate and strengthen its position as the sole and hegemonic superpower. However, other emerging powers have emerged seeking to change the international system towards multi-polarity, most notably China. This has led to geostrategic competition in geopolitical content between China as an emerging power and the United States of America as a leading force in the economic, political and security fields. This competition is concentrated in important international regions and territories. In this regard, the Asia-Pacific region is the most important region in the post-Cold War world and the stage of Sino US competition. China tries to drive the United States out of region by giving full play to its comprehensive strength, so as to establish its regional status is the Asia-Pacific region, while the United States tries to contain it China's territorial environment prevents it from becoming a superpower threatening the status of the United States in the 21 st century.
