التصورات المفاهيمية للأمن المجتمعي وعناصره الأساسية

Résumé: أسهمت التحولات الدولية في ظهور عدة مصطلحات بحقل الدراسات الأمنية على غرار الأمن المجتمعي، والذي تطرق إليه كل من باري بوزان وأونلي ويفر على ضوء الأبحاث التي قامت بها مدرسة كوبنهاغن، كما تتناول هذه الدراسة مضمون الأمن المجتمعي وعناصره الأساسية، فالهوية أصبح لها دور هام في تحقيق حالة السلم والاستقرار داخل الدول إلى جانب جملة من المتغيرات. ما يتطلب البحث عن طبيعة هذه المكونات ودورها في إرساء الأمن المجتمعي. توصلت الدراسة الى أن هذا المفهوم قد عرف توسعا وتمددا في ظل الاجتهادات التي توصل إليها الباحثون، ففي حين كان يقتصر على العوامل المعنوية كعنصر أساسي فقد أصبح يشمل المعيار المادي من خلال إدراج البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المعادلة، وضرورة إيلاء هذه المتغيرات دورا هاما في تحديد صياغة جديدة لهذا المصطلح. The international transformations resulted in the emergence of several terms in the field of security studies, such as community security, which was developed by Barry Buzan and Only Weaver in the light of the research carried out by the Copenhagen School. This study also deals with the content of community security and its basic elements. In achieving a state of peace and stability within countries, along with a number of variables. What requires research on the nature of these components and their role in establishing societal security. The study concluded that this concept has been known to expand and expand in light of the jurisprudence reached by the researchers, while it was limited to moral factors as a basic element, it now includes the physical criterion through the inclusion of the social and economic dimension in the equation, and the need to give these variables an important role in determining the formulation of new to this term.
