الأمن المجتمعي: دراسة في المفهوم، النظرية والتهديدات

Résumé: أعقبت فترة مابعد الحرب الباردة الكثير من التحولات الدولية التي أثرت على حقل الدراسات الأمنية. ما أسهم في بروز مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي كمقاربة أمنية جديدة على ضوء الدراسات التي قامت بها مدرسة كوبنهاغن لتوسيع مفهوم الأمن. تم التركيز من خلالها على الجماعة كوحدة تحليل أساسية، و اعتبرت الهوية هدفا مرجعيا للأمن . تطرقت الدراسة لمختلف تعاريف الأمن المجتمعي والمفاهيم ذات الصلة ، وكذا إلى تفسير "باري بوزان" للظاهرة الأمنية من خلال إعادة النظر في مدى تأثير العوامل غير المادية في ظل تزايد دور المتغير الاجتماعي والثقافي، ما استدعى ضرورة البحث عن تداعيات التهديدات الجديدة على الأمن المجتمعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العولمة، الهجرة والتطور التكنولوجي والنزاعات العرقية وانتشار الظواهر العابرة للحدود أصبحت تشكل تهديدا مباشرا على هوية الجماعات داخل الدولة. The post-Cold War period witnessed international transformations that affected the field of security studies and contributed to its expansion, as it witnessed the emergence of a new concept represented in societal security. The article attempts to answer a problem related to the effects of security threats on societal security by taking note of the various definitions of societal security and related concepts, as well as to Barry Buzan's interpretation of the security phenomenon by reconsidering the impact of non-material factors in light of the increasing role of the social and cultural variable. The study found that globalisation ; immigration, technological development, ethnic conflicts and the spread of transnational phenomena have become a direct threat to the identity of groups within the state.
