أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في المؤسسات العمومية دراسة ميدانية مديرية مسح الأراضي غرداية

Résumé: إشكالية هذه الدراسة هي : ما مدى تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين في المؤسسات العمومية ؟ تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على مديرية مسح الأراضي غرداية ، باستعمال منهج وصفي عن طريق أداة الاستبيان حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود ممارسات لأبعاد ضغوط العمل )عبء العمل – ظروف العمل – صراع الدور – عدم ملائمة الدور ( في المديرية ، و كذالك وجود أثر لضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين وتجسد ذلك في بعد عبء العمل و بعد ظروف العمل , و لم يتجسد في بعد صراع الدور و بعد عدم ملائمة الدور عند عمال المديرية .مع عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بسبب المتغيرات الشخصية و الوظيفية )الجنس – السن – المستوى التعليمي – الخبرة المهنية –المستوى المهني( بالنسبة لأداء العاملين عند عمال مديرية مسح الأراضي غردايةThe research problem of this study is to manifest the extent to which work pressure could have an impact onemployees’performance in public institutions.The practical part of this study has been implemented in the Land Survey Directorate of Ghardaia (CADASTER) by using a descriptive method and employing a questionnaire as a research instrument. The study has found that there are practices for the dimensions of work pressures (workload, working conditions, role conflicts, lack of suitable role) in the Directorate. It has been noticed, also,that the impact of the work pressure on the performance of workers has been manifested in workload and working conditions but not in terms ofroleconflicts and appropriateness ofroles.This has been demonstrated with no statistically significant differences of personal variables (such as gender, age, educational level, professional experience, professional level) among employees of the Directorate .
