ضرورة التعاون الدولي الجنائي لمكافحة جرائم الإتجار بالبشر

Résumé: الملخص: إن التعاون الدولي الجنائي الواسع النطاق بين الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية الحكومية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية أساسي للتصدي بفعالية لخطر الاتجار بالأشخاص وغيره من أشكال الرق المعاصر، كما أن هذا النوع من الإجرام لا يقتصر خطره على دولة واحدة بل إن جل دول العالم معرضة لمثل هذه الجرائم ،فالعصابات الإجرامية أضحت تستغل التطورات التكنولوجية لتحقيق اهدافها،وأصبح العالم قرية صغيرة بفعل العولمة يستطيع الجناة بموجبها التخطيط والامر بالتنفيذ، لذا لابد من التكاتف بين الدول والتعاون من أجل إنفاذ القانون ومحاكمة المجرمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإتجار بالبشر ، التعاون الدولي الجنائي، الجريمة المنظمة،مكافحة جرائم الإتجار بالبشر. Abstract: That broad international cooperation in criminal matters between Member States and international governmental and non-governmental organizations essential to address effectively the risk of trafficking in persons and other contemporary forms of slavery, and that this type of crime does not only affect one State but that most countries of the world are subject to such crimes, criminal gangs have become take advantage of technological developments in order to achieve its objectives, the world has become a small village by globalization can whereby perpetrators of planning and implementation, so there must be solidarity between states and cooperation for law enforcement and prosecution of offenders.
