تاثير تقلبات اسعار النفط على الانفاق الحكومي بالجزائر: دراسة قياسية باستعمال نموذج Ardl للفترة 1987-2013

Résumé: Abstract: This study aims to identify the effect of oil prices fluctuations on government expenditure in Algeria with annual data covering the period (1987-2013) using the ARDL method. This study was based on the following variables, the ratio of public expenditure to GDP, oil price, exchange rate The study concluded that there is a long-term relationship between the price of oil and government spending, while total revenues and real effective exchange rate had no significant effect on the long term but only on the short term. Key words : government spending ; oil prices : ARDL model. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر تقلبات اسعار النفط على انفاق الحكومي في الجزائر من خلال بيانات سنوية تغطي الفترة) 1987- 2013( وذلك باستخدام المنهج القياسي ARDL ، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المتغيرات وهي نسبة الانفاق العام الى الناتج الاجمالي الخام ، سعر النفط ، سعر الصرف الحقيقي و اجمالي ايرادات العامة ، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة على المدى الطويل بين سعر البترول و الانفاق الحكومي في حين أن اجمالي الايرادات و سعر الصرف الفعلي الحقيقي لم يكن لهما اثر معنوي على الطويل و انما على المدى القصير فقط.
