Résumé: في الجزائر، شهدت الأعمال الحرة تطورًا ملحوظًا في العقد الأخير، مما جعلها أحد أهم محركات الاقتصاد الوطني. يعزز هذا التطور روح المبادرة والابتكار لدى الشباب، ويعكس تحولات جذرية في النظرة الاجتماعية والثقافية للعمل والاعتماد على الذات. يعود هذا التقدم إلى تطور السياسات الحكومية المدعومة للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مثل برامج ANSEJ وANADE. كما ساعد التحول الرقمي وانتشار التكنولوجيا في فتح آفاق جديدة للشباب، حيث يمكنهم الوصول إلى المعلومات والأدوات بسهولة، واستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في التسويق بطرق مبتكرة. ومع ذلك، تبقى التحديات البيروقراطية والمالية والقانونية تعيق تقدم رواد الأعمال، ويشكل التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص حلاً محتملاً لتقديم الدعم اللازم لهم. على الصعيد الاجتماعي، يلعب تغيير النظرة التقليدية للعمل دورًا مهمًا في دعم ريادة الأعمال، ويجب على المجتمع تشجيع الشباب على الابتكار والاعتماد على الذات، ويمكن للمدارس أن تلعب دورًا في غرس قيم ريادة الأعمال منذ سن مبكرة. In Algeria, freelance businesses have witnessed significant development in the past decade, making them one of the key drivers of the national economy. This advancement enhances youth initiative and innovation, reflecting profound societal and cultural shifts towards self-reliance and work. This progress is attributed to the evolution of government policies supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, such as the ANSEJ and ANADE programs. Additionally, the digital transformation and the widespread use of technology have opened new horizons for youth, allowing easy access to information and tools, and innovative marketing through social media platforms. However, bureaucratic, financial, and legal challenges continue to hinder the progress of entrepreneurs, highlighting the potential solution in the collaboration between the public and private sectors to provide necessary support. Socially, changing the traditional perception of work plays a significant role in supporting entrepreneurship, with society encouraged to promote youth innovation and self-reliance, and schools encouraged to instill entrepreneurial values from an early age.
