دور وزارة المالية في رقابة قطاع التأمينات
Résumé: إن تطور قطاع التأمين واحتلاله مكانة كبيرة في الاقتصاد الوطني جعل الدولة تفرض عليه رقابة، وحسب قانون التأمينات فإن هيئات الرقابة تتجسد أساسا في وزارة المالية ولجنة الإشراف على التأمينات. وتحتل وزارة المالية مكانة كبيرة في ضبط سوق التأمين في الجزائر نظرا لدورها في الاعتماد والترخيص داخل هذه السوق، كما أن لجنة الإشراف على التأمينات تظهر من خلال النصوص المنظمة لها وكأنها إدارة تابعة لوزارة المالية. وتأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتحديد دور وزارة المالية في الإشراف على قطاع التأمينات. The development of the insurance sector and its great position in the national economy made the state to impose supervision on it. According to the Insurance Law, the supervisory bodies are mainly embodied in the Ministry of Finance and the Insurance Supervision Committee. The Ministry of Finance occupies a great position in controlling the insurance market in Algeria due to its role in accreditation and licensing within this market, and the Insurance Supervision Committee appears through the texts regulating it as if it was a department of the Ministry of Finance.
